Seniors: On Friday, May 7th and Monday, May 10th, you will be required to be at
school all day. Lunch: Mini Corndogs, Potato, Baked Beans, Fruit, Juice & Milk. Happy Birthday to: Weston Edmond & Jake McCain. Teachers and Seniors The senior lounge is only available for seniors during the
day that the final is scheduled. Friday, May 7th, ONLY periods 6-9 and
Monday, May 10, ONLY periods 1-4. The following seniors have books and fines due in the Media Center: Arai Yumi,
Dani Block, Garrett Dell, Sammie Garrison, Kaylee Hickey, Adam Kimmerling,
Sam Lindley, Jared Pinkerton, Kyle Pohlmann, and Brandon Staroscik. Please
take care of before Friday, May 7th. Salad Bar: With the Spring Fling on Friday, there will be no salad bar on that
day. Elections for class officers will be scheduled for 7:45 on May 12th.
Meetings will be held in the following rooms.
This year's juniors will be held in the Media Center, sophomores will
be held in the auditorium, freshmen will be held in Ms. Poessnecker’s room,
8th grade will be in the ÔCÕ Wing Computer lab and the 7th graders will meet
in the Health lecture room. Otherwise, organizations need to have their
elections as well and report those who become elected so that we have proper
records. Remember a student may only be an officer in three activities. 46" Sony Bravia HDTV with PS3 player: Only a few more days left
to purchase your tickets for a chance on the 46" Sony HDTV. Tickets are
$1.00 each, 6 for $5.00, 12 for $10 and can be purchased until 7:00 pm on May
10th. Tickets can be purchased at the HS office or from Mr. Finken. Drawing
is May 10 @ the Pops Concert. Seniors: Just a reminder to bring cash/checkbook this week to take care of
fees, MC fees, choir, band, etc. The media center will be open today (THURSDAY) until 5:30p.m. to work on the yearbook. We must get these pages done! See
Mrs. McCain if you have questions!! Umpires needed If you are interested in umpiring softball games or little
league baseball, please come to a meeting in Mr. Uher's office on Monday, May
17th during IAP. Please sign up in the office prior to the 17th. Ice cream sundaes will be sold in the Media Center during IAP for one dollar
starting next week. The following will be the schedule. Jrs. and Srs. May
5th--Wed., Soph and Frosh May 6th---Thurs. Jr. High----May 14th Friday Staff
may come any of those days!!!! This is a fundraiser for Cody Mc Cain and
Wyatt Kowalski to attend National History Day in Washington DC this summer. Students the media center will close for the year on Tuesday, May 11th at
4:00p.m. Start taking care of over dues and fines ASAP before the end of the
year! If you have questions about an overdue, see Mrs. McCain ASAP. All 8th grade Intro to Ind Tech Students should stop by Mr. McGary's room
to Identify and check on their bridges to see if they need any repair. We
would like to put them all on display for the Open House/Pops concert on
Monday the 10th. Spanish Club meeting on Thursday, May 6th during IAP for the election of
officers. JUNIORS If you are planning to take a dual credit course, online course or
distance learning course next fall, the permission for enrollment and
registration forms are due back next week. Seniors: If you have been awarded scholarships by colleges or organizations,
please turn in copies of your award letters to Mrs. Dunker so we can
recognize you properly at graduation. SENIORS Please remember to write a thank you to the second grader who
delivered your May Basket. Turn them in to Mrs. Dunker and she will get them
to the second graders. Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide Classes Southeast Community
College Continuing Education Center in Lincoln will be offering Nursing
Assistant and Medication Aide Classes this summer. See Mrs. Dunker for more
