The following area medical clinics have contacted the school with information concerning school/athletic physicals: (7th grade must return the complete physical form)

Beatrice Medical Center, P.C. is reserving days, July 9, 29 and Aug. 9 for school/sports physicals for patients of Beatrice Medical Center only. $35.00 for the Physical, $10.00 for UA (if needed) They are requesting that these physicals be prescheduled as if you were making a routine office appointment. They encourage all students and parents to plan ahead and schedule them as soon as possible. Please call 228-3366 for appointments.

Gage County Medical Clinic, P.C. will be offering school/sport physicals to area students on July 23rd. These physicals will be offered at a reduced rate of $35.00 and will include a UA dip and hemoglobin. You do not need to be an established patient to take advantage of the offer. Written consent is necessary if not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They are requesting that the physicals be prescheduled; please call their office at 228-3436 to make appointments. They encourage students and parents to plan ahead and make appointments as soon as possible.
