My name is Mr. Damen Kugel and I am excited to begin my career at Tri County Public Schools.
I was born and raised on an acreage just outside of Beatrice, NE. I am a 2005 graduate of Beatrice
High School. Upon graduation I attended Midland Lutheran College for two years before transferring
to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I graduated from UNL in May 2011 with my Bachelor’s Degree
in Middle Grades Education.
Outside of academics, I enjoy being outdoors and being active. I have a passion for both education
and sports. I am a huge Nebraska fan, as well as the Tennessee Titans and the Boston Red Sox. I
enjoy coaching both little league and student athletes of all ages. In addition, I enjoy farming
with my dad and casually fishing.
