1st Quarter Schedule
During the first quarter, we will be doing running outside everyday when the weather allows us. We will be running distance to develop endurance. We will also start everyday stretching as a class and working on our abs. We will have different activities but they will all consist of variations of running.
2nd Quarter Schedule
The first part of class will remain the same.
We will stretch as a class then your own. Then we will get 2 lines for form
running. This will consist of : high knees, butt kicks, Karaoke, heel walks, toe
walks, lunges, backward lunges, and build-ups. We will work on proper footwork,
rotation,
and extension.

Tuesday- Ply metrics
Wednesday- Free weights: Follow Workout Sheet
Thursday-Exercise Video in Gym
Friday-Ply Metrics/Pilates
