Look What we are doing!!

In November, we began learning how to command others to do things. We are now in the process of making commercials...Commanding those viewers in TV Land to buy our products. Not only are we reinforcing our newly learned grammar, we are also having Mr. Spahr teach us how to enhance our commercials through multimedia technology. Stay tuned to watch these commercials...coming soon to a computer near you!
During this month, we also celebrated Day of the Dead, a Mexican holiday, in which deceased friends and family members are remembered. It is probably most similar to our celebration of Memorial Day. We celebrated by reviewing the purpose of the holiday, constructing traditional Day of the Dead masks, and of course by eating traditional Mexican food!

Because these students did such a fantastic job with the Homecoming Cheers in Quarter 1, they were rewarded with Mexican Fried Ice Cream to kick off the Thanksgiving holiday. We made it right in the classroom and even shared with teachers and faculty members!
