Señora Sand

¡Bienvenidos a mi sitio!  Welcome to my website!  My name is Missy Sand, and I am the Spanish teacher at Tri County!  I am very excited to be a part of the Tri County School and am very excited to be teaching Spanish!  I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 1998, certified to teach Spanish and English.  I also have a Master's Degree in Counseling from Doane College.  I have traveled throughout Spain and have also been to Africa...where....believe it or not...there are areas that speak Spanish!

I live in Beatrice with my husband, Jason, who is a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service and our five-year-old daughter, Ryan, who will be a future Trojan next year as she begins Kindergarten here at Tri County!  We also have a bichon dog who has definitely secured a place in the family unit!

In my spare time...wait as a first year teacher do I have spare time???  I love to spend time with my family  Watching her grow up into a little girl has been one of our most fulfilling moments in our lives!  I also enjoy vacationing with my family and friends, reading, and learning more and more about Spanish and its many cultures.
