
![]() BRANDON J. JOHNSON Spc. Brandon Johnson joined the Nebraska National Guard during high school. He took his basic training at Fort Jackson, SC during the summer between his junior and senior year at high school. After graduation from high school, he completed his AIT at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, Maryland. Brandon is a member of the 267th Ordnance Company out of Lincoln NE. He is now stationed at Camp Speicher in Tikrit Iraq and has been there since February of 2004. Brandon is a Wheel Vehicle Mechanic and is doing mechanical work on Humvee’s and trucks. Their job includes anything from replacing worn out parts, adding on armor, replacing complete engines and transmissions to just general maintenance on all wheel vehicles in Iraq. One of his last jobs was to replace the complete cab on one of the large truck’s which included rewiring the electrical system and making sure everything was operational before being released back out into the field. Brandon graduated from Tri County High School with the Class of 2003. He also graduated from Southeast Community College, Milford with a degree in Automotive Technology. He was recently married when he was home on leave in August. |
