She is assigned to Headquarters, Nebraska Air National Guard where she is the State Human Resource Advisor (her role is to advise the Adjutant General, Assistant Adjutant General and command leadership on issues that require recommendations leading to the enhancement of the organization’s culture; promoting opportunities for ANG members to maximize their individual potential for success without regard to their cultural differences.) Teri’s husband, Jim, is also in the Nebraska Air National Guard. He has been deployed to Uzbekistan and Diego Garcia. He also is employed at NANG, Lincoln Air Base. He is a 1982 graduate of Millard High School. He entered the Nebraska Army National Guard December, 1989; entered the Nebraska Air National Guard April 1991 to present.
