Tri County Wellness and Tri County FFA are excited to announce TC Farm to School and Ag week. Tri County was awarded $2249.00 from a Fuel Up to Play 60 grant. Fuel Up to Play 60 is an organization launched by the NFL and the Midwest Dairy Council that seeks to increase nutrition and physical activity in schools. Tri County will celebrate this week with the theme of “Get MOOving with Milk.” The week will be marked by fun events such as dress-up days, a cow coloring contest for the elementary school, a milkshake taste testing event, and fun physical activity breaks in the day.
Dress-up days are:
Monday, the 11th= Dress up in your favorite Tractor Colors
Tuesday, the 12th= Dress like a Pig
Wednesday, the 13th= Dress like a Farmer
Thursday, the 14th= Dairy Day-Black and White like a cow
Friday, the 15th=TC Day- Wear your Blue and Gold
