Library Check Out and Other Notes from the Library
During this time, we want to give students an opportunity to continue reading. Here are some ways to help. This information may be updated if needed. You can email Mrs. Wiegers at kim.wiegers@tricountyschools.org if you have any questions.
Weekly Check Out
All students will be able to check out books weekly from the library. Please fill out the form below to requests books by Sunday night. Books will be available at the lunch pick up locations from 11:30-12:00 on Wednesdays. You can choose your location in the form. Please return books you are finished with to keep a student's total check out to no more than 4 books at a time. Use the catalog to make sure the book is available and to find the call number. This will make it easier to find books.
Accelerated Reader
AR will still be available to students. The program has been set up for students to take tests at home without a monitor password. Student usernames are their name: first.last (sally.smith). Their passwords are their lunch numbers. The library will continue the 4th quarter reading challenge with adjusted word counts as well as the year-long 1,000,000 word club. Students will need to pass AR tests for the words to count.
