This is my sixth year working at Tri County and my first year as the Jr./Sr. High School Counselor. Prior to becoming the School Counselor, I taught 7th Grade Science, 8th Grade Science, and Jr. High Study Skills. In addition, I am a Senior class sponsor.

I grew up in Fairbury, Nebraska and after high school, I attended Doane College where I received my bachelor's degree in Natural Science Secondary Education. I also have a Curriculum and Instruction Masters Degree as well as a School Counseling Masters Degree.

My husband Cody is a farmer in the area and we have two boys, Lane and Myles. In my free time, I enjoy doing outdoor activities, helping on the family farm, reading, shopping, crafting, and the company of close family and friends.

I always knew I wanted to make a difference in the lives of kids and I strive to make learning fun and exciting!
