Big night for the Trojans! The girls and boys are playing in the semi-finals of the MUDECAS A Division Tournament. Both teams are playing at the Beatrice Auditorium.
The girls are facing Sacred Heart at 3:30.

TCHS Mini Cheer Clinic 📣
Calling all students Kindergarten through 6th grade! Tri County High School Cheer is excited to host our very first Mini Cheer Clinic, led by our very own Tri County Cheerleaders. This special event is a fun opportunity for young students to learn cheer basics, build confidence, and experience the excitement of being part of a cheer team.
The clinic will take place the morning of February 20 from 9:30–11:30 AM at Tri County High School, followed by a performance that evening before the Boys Varsity Basketball game. Each participant will receive a clinic shirt and a snack, which are included with registration.
📌 Registration is due January 20. Please refer to the registration form that was sent home last week for full details and payment information.

Drew Siems and Kennedee Van Winkle were named December Elks Teenagers of the Month, and each received a $200 scholarship. They were selected in recognition of their strong character, including accountability, respect, integrity, leadership, and engagement in academics.

This week, our first graders and fourth graders came together for one of our long-standing school traditions—wrapping the first graders’ gifts for their parents. Experiences like this help build leadership, responsibility, cooperation, and meaningful connections across grade levels, and it’s always a joy to see our older students guiding and encouraging the younger ones.
This year, after all the wrapping was complete, our fourth graders shared Christmas books and read aloud to the first graders, who absolutely loved every moment. The smiles, laughter, and cozy listening time made it extra special, and we’re already looking forward to making this new addition a tradition for many years to come. 🎄📚

Congratulations to all members who participated in LDEs! Special recognition goes to Henry Holtmeier for placing 2nd in Senior Public Speaking, Luke Katz for earning 1st place in Junior Public Speaking, and Maggie White for placing 1st in Discovery Speaking. All three are advancing on to State!

One more tournament before Christmas at Diller-Odell today. Both the boys and the girls will face Johnson Brock in their first games this morning. Boys tip off at 9 with girls following at 10.
