Volleyball girls are back on the road at Fillmore Central. Games are at 11:00 and 12:00, later games TBD.

It's beginning to look a lot like Homecoming! Students in grades 7-12 worked with their classmates to try to earn the best looking hallway. Homecoming week starts Monday with Pajama Day.
The high school choir had the privilege of singing for the Naturalization Ceremony held at Homestead National Monument yesterday. This was our third year participating in the event!

Happy National IT Professionals Day!
Today we’re giving a big shoutout to Jerod for everything he does behind the scenes at Tri County! From troubleshooting tech issues to supporting our many systems and keeping everything running, there are a lot of moving pieces that go into supporting our school.
And we know IT is just one of the many hats Jerod wears, balancing it all while also teaching math and coaching. We’re grateful for the time, knowledge, and effort he puts in to keep things running for our students and staff.

Have an old yearbook tucked away? We’d love to give it a home!
Our yearbooks are some of the most-looked-at books in our Media Center! Students love flipping through them to find familiar faces, but we also use them regularly as a resource to research and preserve Tri County’s history.
Our Tri County collection begins with the 1967 yearbook, but our shelves also include a few treasures from before consolidation, including a 1951 Cub Tales and a 1966 Goldenrod from DeWitt.
We would LOVE to continue building this collection! We are looking for:
• Yearbooks prior to 1967 from schools in our area communities before Tri County consolidated
• Duplicate copies of any Tri County yearbook to help preserve our collection
• And especially a 1998 Tri County yearbook, it’s the one year we are currently missing!
If you’re cleaning out a closet, basement, bookshelf, or family collection and have an old yearbook you’d be willing to part with, please consider donating it to the Tri County Media Center. These books are looked at, enjoyed, and used far more than you might think, and we’d love to help preserve them for future generations. ❤️

The Trojan Football Team put together a dominant performance Friday night, defeating Cedar Bluffs 73-14 to improve to 2-1 on the season.
Tri County's offense was firing on all cylinders as seven different Trojans found the end zone. Trevor Kapke led the way with 143 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns while also throwing for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Defensively, Nick Sullivan led the defense with 16 tackles and a forced fumble, while Carver Olberding added 9 tackles and recovered a fumble.
The Trojans will be back in action next Friday, 9/18 @ Southern.
