We had an o-fish-ally amazing time celebrating School Library Month all April long in our elementary library!
From our Guess the Pixelated Book Cover classroom challenge, to bookmark giveaways, to our “Book Worm” guessing contest (how many gummy worms were in the container?! ), we had 4 students tie, each just ONE guess away from the exact number!
This marked our second year of a full library transformation, and this year’s theme was “Seas the Day… Read!” Students were SO excited this past Monday morning when they walked in to see the surprise beach-themed library come to life!
It was a month full of reading, creativity, and joy, and the smiles said it all.

Today we celebrate the amazing Tri County cafeteria staff who serve up nutritious meals with a smile every single day. Your hard work, care, and dedication fuel our students’ minds and bodies, and we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for being true heroes in our schools!

Today we’re giving a huge shoutout to the amazing leadership team at Tri County!
👨🏫 Mr. G – Thank you for the energy, care, and dedication you bring to our elementary students every day. Your passion for creating a strong foundation for our youngest learners doesn’t go unnoticed!
🏫 Mr. Clark – Your commitment to the high school and our students' success, both in and out of the classroom, truly makes a difference. We’re lucky to have your leadership guiding our older students into their next chapters.
👏 Mr. Armstrong – As our part-time assistant principal, your support across the board helps everything run smoothly. Your flexibility and teamwork are so appreciated!
Thank you all for your hard work, heart, and the positive impact you make every day. 💙💛

When our original goal posts, built by Otto Wollenburg, came down, a piece of Tri County history could have been lost. Instead, thanks to the vision of our Head of Maintenance, Kevin Weichel, that history lives on in a powerful new way.
When asked to stand in front of the sculptures for a photo, Kevin humbly said no, it was never about him. It was about Otto. So instead, we gathered Otto’s descendants who now walk the halls of Tri County… a full circle moment you won’t want to miss. 💙💛 click here to read the full article https://www.tricountyschools.org/article/2853501

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing Tri County bus drivers. You get our students to school and to school events and activities safely every day. You greet our students each and every morning with a smile and a hello, and we appreciate all the care and dedication you bring to every ride. We couldn’t do it without you!
