
The Tri County School Board of Education has called a school bond election for the purpose of constructing additions, renovations and improvements to the district’s facilities. The project includes:
- Updated Career & Technical Education (CTE)/Ag/Art facilities
- Expansion of the preschool
- Performing arts & auditorium facilities
- New gymnasium with weight room and lockers
- Commons and concessions
- Safety Improvements: Secure Entries & Drop off improvements for the safety of our students
- Interior Improvements
- Updated press box and grandstand
- Updated parking and paving

After a successful day of Reading Rally yesterday, we were excited to have our first-ever TC team of junior high kids competing in the 7th/8th grade division today! They joined four teams from three area schools in a fierce but fun competition, showcasing their reading knowledge and teamwork.
A big congratulations to Tri County, who took home first place! Congratulations Olivia Malin, Stella Morrissey, Kheri Pfingsten, Paizley Weber and Maggie White. Well done to all the TC teams that competed in Reading Rally for their dedication, enthusiasm, and love for reading.

Our 5th Grade students have enjoyed learning about Astronomy. The Star Lab (provided by ESU 5)created an interactive learning environment to learn more about the night sky and constellations.











The 6th Grade Social Studies classes learned about Ancient Egypt Civilization and created artifacts to learn more about the Egyptian Culture to share with their classes. The students did a great job with their presentations.











In celebration of Read Across America Week, the Third Graders had a goal to Read Across Nebraska!
459 miles = 459 books
With only four days of school this week, the class was able to read 501 books! They enjoyed some of their favorite Dr. Seuss classics and also heard some Seusstastical stories they hadn’t heard before!!

🌟 Tri County Shines at the ESU 5 Reading Rally! 🌟
Our Tri County students absolutely rocked the 3rd Annual ESU 5 Reading Rally in Beatrice! This event, which has replaced the former Reading Classics, brought together 27 teams from 8 schools (the total number of teams for the 3rd/4th and 5th/6th divisions), and our students proved they were ready for the challenge!

We had 4 teams representing Tri County, and they did amazing! Three of our teams tied for 2nd place, missing only 2 questions out of 50! 🎉
