🚍💛 Happy Bus Driver Appreciation Day! 💛🚍 Today we give a heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible Tri County bus drivers! Each and every day, these dedicated individuals are the first smiling faces our students see in the morning and the last ones to send them safely home. They know our kids by name, greet them with warmth, and create a welcoming start (and end) to every school day. Their care and commitment go far beyond the steering wheel — they drive through all kinds of weather, early mornings, late nights, and weekend activities, all to ensure our students arrive safely and with a smile. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being such an important part of our Tri County family. 💛

The Industrial Arts and Agriculture Programs are Expanding, But There’s Not Enough Space! The Industrial Arts program currently has 5 welding stations for 25 students, with 10-12 students graduating each year with a welding certification. However, the auto shop is unavailable due to lack of space, and the woods class can only make small items that fit out the door. The Agriculture program is also expanding, but there isn’t enough room to properly study ag equipment, and the department doesn’t have a dedicated lab. Art education was relocated to make space for the Entrepreneurship program, but we’re still facing a shortage of space. Take a look at images of our current CTE spaces, showing just how cramped it is. To learn more visit: tricountyschoolbond.com

📚🏕️ Our Tri County Elementary Library turned into Camp Read A Lot this week in celebration of School Library Month—and it was a HUGE success! Students walked into a transformed space complete with reading tents, camp chairs, games, snacks, and a specially curated collection of camping and wilderness books. They loved reading with flashlights in tents, playing camping-themed games, decorating bookmarks, and enjoying a s’mores snack mix! It was extra special to share the fun with our future Trojans during Kindergarten Round Up—what a great way to welcome them to our school family! ✨ Want to see all the details and highlights from this magical week? ➡️ Read the full article here: https://tricountypsne.sites.thrillshare.com/article/2153281
