It's finally here--Friday Night Lights! The Trojans kick off their first varsity football game of the season tonight at Johnson County Central with a 7:00 pm kickoff. Let's go, Trojans!

From teachers and paras to our amazing school secretary, Shayna, Mr. G and even our superintendent, Mr. Rottinghaus, everyone joined in the fun—delighted to recognize students going above and beyond. These gold coins weren’t just a token of appreciation—they were a golden ticket to our freshly restocked book vending machine generously provided by TeamMates, filled with fantastic new titles! Students were eager to trade in their coins for a brand-new book to take home and enjoy. We love seeing our students start the year with such positivity and enthusiasm. Keep showing that TC Pride—you never know who might have a gold coin ready for you! 💫

We kicked off the school year with an unforgettable first pep rally at Tri County! 💙💛 The energy was electric as our amazing TC Pep Band got the crowd fired up with some spirit-filled tunes. We heard from the captains of our fall sports teams — volleyball, football, cross country, and girls golf — and they’ve got us excited for a strong season ahead!
A special highlight was seeing our brand new TC Cheer Squad in action for the very first time — the first cheer team at Tri County since the 1980s! They brought the hype and had the whole crowd on their feet. We also learned some of our fight songs, so we’re ready to cheer loud and proud all season long.
