Yay! It's that time of year. FFA fruit sales are happening now through October 17th. If you're interested, contact an FFA member or email julia.graff@tricountyschools.org Along with fruit, we have meats/cheeses, coffee, seasonings, candies, and cookie dough. Thank you for everything you do to support our success!

We are excited to support our local farmers again this year by helping with the Harvest Bonanza! FFA members will be at Plymouth Irrigation on October 9th from 11 to 1 serving grab and go meals. We hope to see you there!!

UNK Invitational Champions! Both our girls and boys teams brought home the championship titles today at the UNK Invitational — competing against 32 girls teams and 50 boys teams! Girls Medalists Sage Holtmeier – Class D Champion Isabelle Peters – 8th Emma Loxterkamp – 11th Boys Medalists Sammy Holsing – 3rd Drew Siems – 5th Devon Rasmussen – 10th Henry Kapke – 16th Dawson Siems – 17th I cannot say enough how proud I am of each and every one of you — what an incredible day of racing! Next up: we wrap up our regular season on Thursday at Pioneers Park for the Lincoln Lutheran Invite. Let’s finish strong!

Big day for Tri County Cross Country! Both our boys and girls were Thayer Central champions today! Boys ran away with it, scoring a perfect score of 6 points with the top five medal winners all from Tri County: • Sammy – Champion • Drew – 2nd • Dawson – 3rd • Devon – 4th • Henry – 5th • Ethan – 7th • Zane – 13th • Henry – 14th Girls also brought home the title with strong finishes across the board: • Sage – Champion • Emma – 4th • Isabelle – 5th • Liv – 8th • Edie – 17th Incredible effort by all our runners—your hard work is showing! So proud of each and everyone of you!! Next week we close out the regular season with two meets: UNK on Monday against some of the toughest teams in the state, and Lincoln Lutheran on Thursday. Students from Welding, Carpentry, and Woods class participated in Careers in Construction Day at SCC Milford. Students learned about hands on careers such as non destructive testing, concrete / masonry, brick laying and framing.
