Small School PRIDE Cultivating BIG Opportunities
Our 4th grade students wrapped up their Energy Unit with an exciting Egg Drop Challenge! Students worked in teams to design and build containers that would protect an egg as it fell, applying what they’ve learned about potential energy, kinetic energy, gravity, and force.
Through hands-on experimentation, problem solving, and a little trial and error, students discovered how energy changes as objects move and how smart design can reduce impact. Best of all, they had a blast collaborating and cheering on their creations!
We’re so proud of our young scientists for their creativity, teamwork, and curiosity. What a fun and memorable way to bring learning to life!

Our 4th graders brought big Christmas spirit to the library today while practicing their digital skills! 🎄💻
They designed their very own ugly Christmas sweaters, practiced useful Google shortcuts like copy and paste, showed off their creativity with digital design tools, and even wrote about the inspiration behind their festive masterpieces. Their holiday cheer and tech skills were shining bright!
