Everyday Essentials finished up our cooking unit this week with a Food Truck Face Off activity. The class was split into four groups that had to develop and design a food truck menu and business plan. They then had to cook one dish from their menu that was judged by a panel of judges.

The Tri County Cross Country team was back in action at the Fairbury Invite, and the Trojans had a fantastic showing!
The boys team dominated the field and claimed the team championship with seven medalists:

On the girls side, the Trojans earned a strong 4th place finish, led by:

In the junior high girls race, Graysha Brandt (15th) and Stella Morrissy (16th) both brought home medals as well!
