Our Junior class visited the Willa Cather Foundation this past Wednesday. They got to learn about the Nebraska author Willa Cather and her life living in Red Cloud.

Congratulations to the Envirothon team of Jacob Wollenburg, Garrett Smidt, Parker Person, Jason Wehrman, and Henry Kapke! They competed at state Envirothon yesterday, earning 3rd overall and 1st in the forestry portion making their way to Nationals!

Our junior class recently had a great visit to University of Nebraska - Omaha. They got an inside look at what the university has to offer, enjoyed a tour of the beautiful campus, and even got to taste the delicious food in the cafeteria. It was a great opportunity to explore potential college options and get excited for the future!

Our sophomores attended the Connecting the Dots event yesterday at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Fairbury! This hands-on career exploration program gave students the chance to learn about careers of interest, connect with local businesses, postsecondary schools, and military partners, and participate in workshops on resumes, skills, and more. It was a great step in helping students plan for their future!
